At VIVE Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VIVE Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
